First time booking my car in for transmission oil change, service and disc brake replacement. Dealt with Steve Pang who was very professional and courteous. He pointed out a few things that required my attention and subsequently had the work done. Thanks also to the technician Lui Kai Yue for working on my car. Highly recommended

The service agents are courteous and professional, they gave very appropriate advice on the vehicle`s (a MR2 FE2472) condition in a way that is neither exagerrating nor underwhelming. The service provided are efficient; thorough and expedient and the charges are most reasonable. Currently I owner 3 cars, a VW; a Honda in addition to the named vehicle and the service experience is exceptional at Toyota. I specifically would like to comment on Mr Steve Pang who proved what exemplarary advice and professional vehicle service should be.

Service is always good except this time when I picked up yesterday my Spade after the service check for every 6 months, I was unable to lock the car by remote control. The Spade would be honking whenever I tried to lock the car. Finally I parked my car without locking for the evening in my garage. I told my driver who normally drives my Lexus about the problem of my Spade. He then found out the cause of the honking was due to the front hood not properly closed.

Helpful staff. If you’re in hurry, you can simply drop the car key, they will contact you by phone.

Its professionalism，helpfulness，hospitality， and remarkable repair and maintenance service. Thank you，all the staff in Toyota Kowloon Bay Service Centre who did a good job on servicing my car，especially Mr. Ben Lau.

唔該哂呢度嘅師傅， 今日星期六放低車後都安排到接駁車送我去九龍灣地鐵站！ 之前星期六都冇接駁服務，今次比起上一次嘅服務進步咗唔少， 特別想嘉許Keith yeung 所有問題都解釋得清清清楚楚！ 令客戶十分安心

好耐無嚟過做呎車，今次跟進同事Keith Yeung 跟得好足比之前進步不少！我今日次要做檢查同政府驗車佢都幫我一日內完成，完成三曰後後仲有whatsapp 跟進。佢用心嘅服務我覺得值得推薦！

在11月14号經理Ben哥幫我約咗架車CE138去維修，仲揾呀LEO幫我緊架車迫力，佢好快Check到個迫力要換晒4個迫力碟，仲話明天就可以取車，真喺快！好多謝BEN同LEO的服務，good job

買了check車package套票，有包簡單車籠清潔的，取回車後發覺完全沒有一丁點清潔過，就交車了。車頭玻璃亦非常不乾淨。除此之外，發車身身多了一條花痕，在收車紙上沒有記錄的。更離譜的是，取車當天下午已聯絡客服，至今沒有任何回覆。
