Beware of their "free" annual pre-Inspection service, they insisted that ~$20k of parts replacement needs to be done before passing the inspection, including perfectly fine front and back license plates, and basically replacing the suspension system. Went elsewhere for a second opinion, yeah, they charged $1.5k for the gov inspection instead of $585, but passed and reported everything is safe, no need for replacement. Always be careful of auto services, they are out to get you, thinking their customers wouldn't know the better.

要小心佢哋嘅政府汽車預檢服務，雖然收正價$585畀出面平好多，不過佢哋會要你做好多冇乜需要嘅維修, 有啲仲要係離曬大譜嘅。 Dealership 不可信.

Good service and the car would be kept clean and well conditioned.edit：I must make this edit as I believe that previous review do not reflect the true experience I received. As I just walked in the location, a staff asked me to write some review for her company, I hope I receive a good service equivalent to the goodwill I show, so I wrote the review.

I had a few issues with the vehicle and wanted a check up, including the key detection light went up for no reason. After 5K HKD service, the issue went up again just less than a week after walking out of the center. So I don’t know what the technicians did. And the SA recommended a bunch of unnecessary service for 45K HKD (which I certainly declined). So be aware! I have found another location and I’m done with here.

Really pleased with the service here! Communication on the problems with my Prius 2007 was great and they finished their work more quickly than originally estimated. As a bonus, they saw that I have a lot of wires from my dash cam and they kindly hid the excess wire around the windshield etc free of charge. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for regular maintenance service from now on!

今次是新车咪数到期一年的例行检查, 星期六下午才送车到北角皇冠车行进行打蜡和例行检查，当时维修接待员Jason很详细解释给我知, 我还有多少次已购买套票内容及建议我应作怎样的安排处理，及后我跟她说可否尽快交回车给我，他说尽量星期一下午交回车给我，想不到星期一下午他已直接致电我可以取回车辆，这样的服务质素真是外间的水货维修店不能办到的，所以我每次更换车辆的时候也是购买皇冠车行原装的，车辆，这个也是我相信的保证。
