豐田沙田維修中心(機械、車身維修及噴油服務)

這是我第一次使用丰田的定期維修服務, 我在網上預約和到店時, 已經清楚說明汽車的問題, 但幾小時後, 服務部同事致電說維修員並未發現我所講的問題, 儘管我已經在service order form上清楚指出問題, 並且whatsapp video給服務員, 維修員仍然說沒有發現問題, 而且檢查報告結果是各項性能和機件測試都正常. 要求我親身到店和維修員一齊測試, 結果我和維修員只是試了一次, 便發現問題, 這讓我對丰田的維修服務非常失望. 為什麼客戶指出問題所在, 維修員還說沒有發現問題? 為什麼檢查報告說機件正常, 後來和客戶一齊測試才試出問題? 那檢查報告的檢查項目, 是否有確實檢查過? 現在丰田還說要我把車留下來幾天再檢查, 這對駕車人士是非常不便!

Provided professional advice to clean up air intake thoottle body flaps and re-calibrated fresh air flow intake control. Sorted out the issue of insufficient engine RPM while vehicle is in idle status.

沙田維修部高級技術員換機油十分專業，原因是我有朋友在油站換機油後，過了幾日才發覺慢漏，更着了engine燈，因早發現，拖車回廠維修，才發現偈油鑼絲達牙。可大可小，但沙田維修部經理嚴緊監管下，我有信心介紹朋友買豐田車輛，並回沙田廠作定期保養維修，原因是本人對汽車不懂維修，車輛安全，我只信發揮大廠專業維修精神。

極差的經歷。淨係聽我講下啲問題。連架車都未望過一眼。就即刻話正常啊。後來維修師傅。真係檢查到有問題。同返個sales講。佢都冇乜表示。服務態度極差。佢一早心想講兩句就耍走你。真係估唔到。咁大間豐田維修中心。竟然有啲噉嘅服務。我仲特登攞一日假。上去check車。差啲就噉就揸返架有問題嘅車走。最離譜就係。我仲好似聴到sales笑我多餘呀。其實早兩個月先check完車。仲話乜事都冇。維修check 車玩玩下，好兒嬉！架車好新嘅。係五年保養嘅第一年咋。
