成發潮州菜館

One of the more well known restaurants in the area. They serve up the typical chiu chow styled food you'd find in most other chiu chow places. The varied menu has something for everyone and what's great is the execution on each of the dishes are top notch. I'd highly recommend the garlic eggplant; it's coated beautifully and fried to perfection, a must try! Aside from that, their fried oyster cake, marinated goose meat and their stir fried noodles are super tasty as well. The restaurant is a bit small so there will be a wait on busier nights, so either come early or come late!

110一份生醃血蚶就得哩幾粒，問題係無一粒殼係開嘎，所以一係唔新鮮，一係根本連焯水都無焯過，完全唔吃得！ 其他菜全部過鹹，鹽唔使錢甘。最好吃嘎就係白粥同春菜。ps. 本人潮州人，絕對客觀評價

We arrived around 8: 30 in the evening, and still need to wait about 20 minutes to get a table.
Very delicious and not expensive, we ordered 5 dishes including a fresh frozen flower crab, and 3 bottles of beer, only HKD900. The boss is very nice.

Good tasty food, fair price, if you love Chao Zhou style food. However the restaurant is a bit small and sharing table with others are normal. So don't expect a romantic dating there.

Authentic Chiu Chow cusine very tasty and charged at very reasonable price. Currently no charge on peanuts, pickle or 10% service charge. Highly recommend to try and better make reservation in advance.

Very local and yummy qiao Zhao dishes, my favorite is the red sausage with cuttlefish and fish soup.
