過身前一晚發現仔仔唔舒服。第二朝9: 30開始打電話俾姑娘，睇吓可唔可以比到即日時間我仔仔看DR MA姑娘真的好好人，比到個時間我wall in 。睇完醫生之後個心真的很沉重，解釋得好清楚，亦知道我真係好心痛，原來仔仔病情肺炎好嚴重，叫我立刻送去24小時醫院。我就二話不說4點去咗醫院，見完醫生之後話要立即入ICU，情況不樂觀。時間不是4小時仔仔在搶救之下起離開咗我。

Dr Ma is an experienced and confident vet and very patient with pets and their owners. Just one thing, the waiting area is always crowded with small animals like rodents and their owners, so bigger animals would have to wait outside the clinic, and suffer from stare and second-hand smoke of the neighbourhood. Wish there could be hourly sessions targeted for animals grouped by size.)

It took me a while to post this but I believe it is only right to warn other pet owners. My dog was misdiagnosed by a lady vet as having heart problem, which was in fact caused by a gallstone. The vet took an xray (missed the gallstone reading) and prescribed her heart medication that caused her to tremble and even have a seizure. I called straight to the clinic and asked for advice and assistance, the nurse told me they were closing soon and there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could just help me ring the vet up to give me instructions on what to do, the nurse agreed and promised to call me back in 15 and hung up. I didn't receive a call back ever since.
I brought my dog to cityU VMC and thats where they found the gallstone, but believed that the heart medication is worsening her condition and needed surgery asap, otherwise she has days to live. I accepted, and needless to say, the surgery was unsuccessful and my dog passed away. The vet's misdiagnosis, the insensitivity of the nurse, and the empty promise was a nightmare and altogether a traumatic experience.

我花了一些時間才寫這篇評論，但我認為警告其他寵物主人是正確的。我的狗被女獸醫誤診為心臟問題，實際上是膽結石引起的。獸醫拍了X光 (沒有發現膽結石) ，並給了她心臟藥物，導致她顫抖甚至癲癇。我直接打電話到診所求助，護士告訴我他們即將關門無能為力。我請求他們幫我打電話給獸醫，指示我該怎麼做，護士同意並承諾在15分鐘內回電給我，但之後我再也沒有收到回電。
我把我的狗帶到城大Vet并發現了膽結石，但他們認為心臟藥物正在惡化她的病情需要盡快進行手術，否則只有幾天可活。不幸的是手術失敗了狗狗去世了。獸醫的誤診，護士的冷漠和失信承諾是一場噩夢，讓這個本來就讓人痛苦的經歷更糟。

我既菠蘿仔[龍貓] 睇馬醫生，初時係菠蘿仔眼有分泌物所以去睇佢，佢判斷菠蘿仔比草吉親，之後再診斷係青光眼同白內障，過程睇左成兩個月醫生。到8月尾，菠蘿隻眼突然嚴重潰瘍，佢仲話青光眼係咁，但菠蘿脅情反覆，所以要去睇 VSH 專科，而菠蘿仔隻眼根本等吾到咁耐，要去睇大圍急症先。大圍一睇已經話吾係白內障，係好嚴重既潰瘍潰瘍，而導致而家咁係因為長期潰瘍。之後捱到去 VSH, 醫生話有機會係因為淚水分泌不足致眼睛乾涸，最終潰瘍。呢位馬醫生連白內障同潰瘍都吾識分，仲要不斷講到實牙實齒，有眼睛問題真係吾好睇佢。

收了過千元診金，又話要加錢做埋抽針檢查，叫我離開30分鐘。結果佢求其俾佢個手機我睇，口頭話只係抽倒D脂肪細胞出來，冇診斷結果（佢亦拒絕把圖片發給我的電郵）。所有野冇跟冇據，冇文字報告，就算想追究也証據不足。最後我用左千幾蚊就只有得到一些成本30-40元嘅藥，同埋佢提供的一間專科獸醫診所的電話。唔怪之得佢診所要有張大大張海報寫住「Trust Your Vet」。我嘅竉物在天上都會認住依個人。

The reception was slow and had some doubts in the beginning.

However, vet was very attentive and caring. They also charge reasonably without unwanted bills.

Initially vet mentioned that due to recent heat, my cat might need bigger wound and that would cost more. However, they charged even less than the original estimate. That gave me positive outlook for the clinic as a normal person I wouldn't know if they had charged me extras. I was initially skeptic because some other clinics does that.

While some clinics would charge for removing stitches, they only charged for vaccination.

So i would recommend them to anyone who's looking for good vet with reasonable cost.

My rabbit had inoperable kidney stones and was condemned by another vet for immediate euthanasia. But Dr. Ma convinced us to try another way to prolong my rabbit's life as much as possible. Dr. Ma didn't just treat the animals, he treats the owners' heart and feelings too.

Doctor Ma is good. But the nurse is extremely rude! I have been visiting him for over 10 years with my rabbit, and I am super disappointed that he has employed such an unprofessional and careless nurse!

Dr. Ma is a good doctor but the nurse (Ms Ng) is rude. You can review the comments and you can see many people complained the bad attitude of the nurse. She is the queen and asked me not to make any appointment there.

Nurses beyond rude. Don't know how she is still employed there. She should not be working with animals.

VET and Staff are unprofessional. Refused to co-operate with quarantine paperwork when we were trying to import our dog into Australia. Completely unreliable and untrustworthy.
The VET couldn't even be bothered to fill out basic paperwork that we required.

Dr. Ma is the best vet i have ever met. My pet rat is now fully recovered in just 2 weeks after the tumor removal.

Dr. Ma is really good! Not every vet can look after bunnies but Dr. Ma is specialized with them.

Dr Ma is nice, he would explain what he do to your little one and let you understand the condition and tell you the treatment options. Reasonable consultation fee.

醫生同姑娘都好好，感受到所有人都係出於真心幫助小動物，係一間有醫得有良心嘅寵物醫院。
醫生講解得好詳細，有耐性，有愛心。
姑娘有愛心，唔會嫌麻煩。

比起所謂寵物界嘅養和醫院 CityU Vxxxxxxxxxx Mxxxxx. 《毛國界》真係好好多。 (原來大醫院都不及平民醫院好)

Reasonable price, Vets and nurses are both kind hearted. Really care about the animals, provide suitable solution but not the most expensive way. However the clinic can be super packed with long waiting time. You'll also need to make a reservation beforehead.

Worst VET clinic I've ever been to. The staff here are trained to scam you for money. They'll try and sell you medicine that you don't need.

Disgusting VET "clinic"
Waited an hour to be seen when our poor dog had kennel cough. Even though we made an appointment.
The VET's "office" was so small I could barely stand upright.
She examined our Dog and confirmed he had kennel cough and prescribed us with Antibiotics.
We then waited another 30 minutes to actually get the medication and then they tried to give us $1,500 worth of other medication we didn't actually need. $600 for "Dog specific cough medicine" which is literally human cough syrup placed in a fancy tube with a syringe. Turns out the antibiotic for Kennel cough is Doxycycline. Which we already had at home, as it's a common antibiotic for humans and it's relatively cheap and can in fact be used for dogs. So we wasted hundreds of dollars on the appointment and almost got scammed for medication we didn't even need. A prime example of how VET's take advantage of people. The only reason we went here was because it was the nearest VET clinic and we were worried about our dog. Never coming here again.

4年前Dr. Ma 是我貓的救命恩人! 當天我的貓咪病情十分嚴重雖然沒有預約但Dr. Ma也破例幫我的貓咪治療，Dr. Ma說如果遲了半天才來貓咪已經救不了，我的貓咪現在已經6歲了十分健康我很感激他

Gave fatal antibiotic to my guinea pigs. Untrustworthy. Do not take your guinea pig there. Seriously. Unprofessional. And killed both my guinea pigs in two seperate visits.
