Today I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Winnie and it was amazing. It was exactly what I needed to work out knots, tightness and tension in my body. I totally recommend this spa, it is small and simple and delivers good service. I will be back to try a hot stone massage next.

Best massages ever here - ask for Lok or Helen, both have magic hands. 1 hour express massage for $590 or 1.5 hour happy hour massage for $690 are both good deals for a massage in Central. I wouldn’t call this a luxurious place but its nice enough to create a relaxing experience.

Reluctant to share my experience at Ayana, as I'd much rather it stayed a hidden gem! One of the most effective massages I tried in a while, and an excellent facial treatment that still has my skin glowing a few days later. The masseuse gets deep into your knots, doesn't just scratch the surface - this can at times be painful, but really effective! Good communication - the therapists ask regularly whether the pressure is OK. The team truly show professionalism and care towards the customers (as does the owner towards the staff - a sign of a healthy company). Clean, cozy place, conveniently located.

Had a massage at Ayana for the first time today and I have to say I had such a great experience. This place is exactly what I wanted, and more. It’s not a luxury hotel spa, but for me it’s even better than that. The spa is very cozy, clean and homey, and the staff are sweet, welcoming, and most importantly, very professional. It just feels very authentic and like everyone knows what they’re doing. I know this may sound strange, but I’ve tried so many fancy spas and massage parlors in HK, where you pay 1000 hk$ for a massage and often leave feeling ripped off, misunderstood and well, pretty much like a fool. So I ultimately accepted this was normal. Not at Ayana. My masseuse took very good care of me. She seemed very knowledgeable and careful with my body. I had a deep tissue massage and honestly I loved every minute of it. At the end of my massage, I really felt like having some tea and was delighted to find out that was exactly what was prepared for me. It wasn’t even a generic kind of tea, it was something else, Chinese I believe, and it was great. Everything was so simple and decent yet so thoughtful and just what I wanted. I will be going back for sure. Oh and did I mention the price is half of what you pay at fancy parlors.

Went to Ayana a few days ago for this Aqua Luminous facial trial and it was everything they said and more. This facial did a good deep cleansing for my blackheads and pores. At the same time, my face felt totally moist and full of bounce even today! Totally recommended!

The massage I had at Ayana was excellent. The staff was very professional. It is clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this place and I know I will be returning!

My wife went on July 24. A terrible experience.

1. The masseuse was late 17 mins. She was called in from outside suggesting she was not a full time employee of the spa - and so possible not trained as proved to be the case.
2. No apology when she finally arrived late.
3. Her hands were so rough that she scratched her skin.
4. She demonstrated very little massage skill. Very bad.
5. She didn’t listen when asked to use less oil.
6. She received 4 phone calls during the massage. She didn’t answer the phone but she left her phone on vibrate and checked who was calling before pressing off.
7. She was sneezing though the whole 90 mins.
8. She belched twice out loud.

What type of spa is this place?

The only saving grace is that they refunded 50% of the cost as a sign of goodwill once we had lodged our unhappiness.

I recently had a nice massage session at Ayana and the experience was awesome! They are very friendly and know what they are doing. The masseuse was very professional and knew what she was doing and definitely looked like she was very experienced. It was a very nice massage, nice quality, nice ambience. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a pain therapy or destressing.

I have recently move from another spa to AYANA - the team is superb and I love the ambience. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a quality facial and massage place.

The staff are friendly, patience and very professional. I tried collagen gun and lymphatic massage, the former one made my skin glowing for days and the massage was the best I ever experienced among other salons in HK. I felt relaxed and pampered after the treatments and will definitely go back again!

Skilled therapists! My go to for a full body massage especially when my body is achy or my muscles are very tight. Very reasonable prices.

I don’t usually write review on internet, I found it is necessary this time as I really like this massage facial place in Central.

It has been a long time that I don’t have the chance to pamper myself and busy locking down myself at home (as I have been working from home most of the time since Feb this year). My colleague highly recommended this place so I book as soon as the government rule is relaxed. I called the place to make a booking, the reception lady is sweet and professional, the confirmation is clear and easy which make me like this place already before I go. I like the smell of the place as soon as I stepped into the room which made me feel super relaxed and comfortable at the same time. As this first time, I tried the aromatherapy massage and also the lymphatic facial. I love the fragrance they use which made me feel I am on vacation and out of Hong Kong. The skin products makes me feel great and they feels natural. Highly recommend this place! It’s a little gem in Central with sweet cozy environment and friendly sweet staff. Thanks to Amy ad Helen for the great service. Will definitely come back again:)
