It’s authentic and the staff are lovely and with a great sense of humour but…I came out of there and several hours later had at least 3-4 bites of what looked to be the bedbug variety. It was the only possible place I could have picked them up. My usual go to for a massage in Central but I will unfortunately need to avoid in future. For the rest of you, I hope it was just a one off thing.

Trained in traditional Thai medicine, Sasina and her team treated me to an exceptionally relaxing and “eye-opening” four-hand medicinal massage and all-natural face lifting therapy! I felt 10 pounds lighter after they assiduously worked at all the kinks from my desk job, iPhone use, and workouts. The herbal compress and gentle scrapping felt divine and detoxifying. The dark circles and pigmentation around my eyes from years of late nights in finance and law have miraculously disappeared. Chi Wa Siam’s location is also super convenient, tucked on the 2nd floor in a nondescript building on Hollywood Road. What a gem and an oasis! I’ll definitely be back and bring my best friends, but I’m afraid this place wouldn’t stay as my secret retreat for long!

Went for oil massage and it was a male masseur, thought it would be professional. However there was excessive focus around the intimate area and chest which made me feel very uncomfortable (I'm female). Previous experience with female masseuse were great.suggest girls to avoid the male masseur for oil massage

I had a lovely experience at this massage parlour. It is very peaceful and I enjoyed everything very much. They had no problem allowing me to use a voucher I had gotten for my birthday which had expired a few months back.

I booked the appointment in advance. When I spent 1 hour on the road to arrive there, the staff told me that they need to reschedule my appointment! I can’t believe it! Never come back again! Highly not recommended!

The service is very good. Atmosphere is clean and friendly staff. Offered tea before and after massage. I got traditional Thai massage and it was incredible. Highly recommend

Bad massage in a curtained off area in the main part of the salon so you can hear the noises of everyone coming and going and the doorbell, till etc. Also the massage gave me terrible neck pain for a couple of days after, the woman did not seem to know or care what she was doing. Also expensive! $580 for an hour.

Don't go! Very unprofessional for this price.
They changed the lady who was doing the massage in middle of the session to another lady without asking/telling me.
The price for thai medical massage is higher but it turns out to be just a normal oil massage.

The place is very loud and therapist keep on talking amongst each other very loudly

Went a for a lavender massage and the oil was no where near lavender and when I asked them they said that’s what they have

This has become my regular spot. I enjoy it so much, and I've noticed it is a popular choice amongst most of our friends as well! The massages (especially foot and/or arm) are very relaxing, and the staff are very nice. I always recommend Chi Wa Siam to anyone who is looking for a good massage in Hong Kong.

So good! Every time I go there for a massage, I am happy because the massage is great Including beds are so comfortable, nice music.staff are so nice with smiles. Definitely recommend to go to this place!
