Hi! I am from London, I came to Hong Kong for a holiday and I booked in with Garry to dye my hair. I was very scared at first but I had nothing to worry about!
My hair looks amazing, blended so well and he did exactly what I asked for. He communicates with you perfectly and makes sure the customer is happy. I highly recommend to anyone who wants their hair dyed.

As someone with very curly hair, I am quite hesitant when it comes to trying new salons. A friend recommended GK Touch and it definitely lived up to my expectations! The staff were super friendly and helpful when I asked them many questions offering their expertise opinions and guiding me through each step of the highlighting process. I left feeling super happy with how my hair turned out and would definitely come back again. Curly hair is very difficult to manage and each person has their own preferences for how they like their hair done, Garry was really flexible and adapted to all my requests! 10/10 recommend. I will be back!

When i did visit this salon 3 years back, I had an amazing experience. But when I did visit today, It clearly did not meet the expectations. I did keratine and the service was done in so much rush.no shampoo or conditioning was done which is usually done and also shown in their ad.with the amount of money i spent there, I could have easily got much better service in any other salon in HK. Disappointed!

I had my hair coloured here a few months ago. The staff were absolutely lovely and the salon was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the colour just didn't last at all in my hair. Within 3 washes (with colour safe shampoo that I've used many times before) my roots were showing. I've never had this happen before so I'm not sure whether they really did use permanent dye or perhaps the application (they put the dye on wet hair) wasn't suitable. Really disappointing, especially considering it wasn't cheap at all (1500 hkd).

Edit in response to their reply: I visited March 17th 2023, arrived 5.45pm and left 7pm. All booked via WhatsApp. Like I said, the staff and salon were lovely, just the colour didn't work with my hair at all.

We had to go to a hairdresser spontaneously and chose this place because of the reviews.
We were not disappointed. Easy appointment via Whatspp. We are very happy with the results.
We both (male and female) had our hair cut.

Gary is really a doctor for my super curly hair, knowledge of the products and hair textures with full detailing and everything you need for styling, this is the place for hair. Highly recommended. Worth the price.

Convenient location, staff is warm but Gary's skill level is precise. What would normally take 7 to 10 hours, he achieved in 5 with brighter colour pay-off and minimum hair damage. IG photos and online reviews don't do justice to the result he can control and his painstaking attention to detail. He's an expert hair hero and my biggest complain is not finding him sooner. You're sorely missing out if you haven't seen Gary already.

I went to GK Touch Salon. I did a blow dry during Hong Kong high humid summer. I simply loved, after 8h of the service done, still highly satisfied. I have a curly unruly hair and it has been countless times I left the saloons in HK frustrated. I tried some few so called “salon for curly girls” listed on expat community, but really, I am afraid they should train more. Thank you GK.

This is the best salon I have ever been in Hong Kong. I highly recommend this. I have done hair cut, straightening, keratin etc etc.every services were perfect and all thanks to you Garry.

This was my first time at GkTouch and I am delighted to say that the kind of hair work Garry does, it's absolutely magical, if not anything else. He is a true hair expert and hair astrologer as well. I had had color and keratin treatments and the outcome was highly satisfactory. My hair and smoother and shinier and the color has just blended like it is the natural color. I wonder why i did not visit the salon earlier.

Went in to get first time highlights, didn't love how light they were the first time and Gary insisted on fixing them until I was 100% happy with the color. Very happy with the result and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get their hair colored!

It was my first time to come here after spending lots of HKD on previous hair treatments. Garry met me outside as I was a little lost finding the salon at first. He was polite, respectful, talkative and gave me a lot of advice on what to do with my hair and how to keep it healthy. What I love is that Garry tried to find the best treatments for my hair within my budget and I did not feel pressured to spend more money on treatments like most hair salons do.
