5Waited 1h with appointment. Thought maybe they forgot me, so checked and was told just one more patient in front of me. 40mins later I gave up and just walked out. Never got a call from them later, so just dreadful customer service.
The doctor was good but twice waiting time longer than 60 (!) min for this price has no sence
Dr. Chan was probably the only doctor (I was seeing a few others with a rare disease) who really cared about me at sanatorium hospital and I’m thankful for him doing the right blood test on my diagnosis. The nurses are generally OK except the one at the reception was pretty rude. Expect to queue two weeks for an appointment and then at least one hour wait when u arrive at the clinic.
They seem to be closed. Not answering calls or replying to whatsapp.
The experience was pretty good when I went a few years ago.
