截至2022年，Laser Kool已經開張7年，我算係第一批元老級客人，跟佐Laser Kool已經6年。我覺得哩間野最大優點係唔Hard Sell，非常注重Long Term Relationship，大家都知道男仔買野其實好理性，買電腦或者一個Mon都要研究一輪，所以脫毛、美容療程其實一樣，都會希望買少少試下先，或者聽完顧問講解再考慮下。Laser Kool可以做到答曬你問題但係唔逼你買野，而且等你自己主動有需要再安排做Payment。間野客好多，多到根本唔需要push你用曬d療程再買，我覺得好舒服，有好多時候自己plan做得密d，或者拖耐d做都冇問題。我印象最深刻係脫毛療程，脱到後面基本上都冇乜毛，好耐先生一次出黎，Laser Kool俾我彈性到三四個月再脱一次都得。我有試過去一d女仔美容院做Aqua Peel，好明顯feel到服務細膩程度有落差，基本上淨係最基本清潔都已經做得好到位。我建議只要去多過一間男士脫毛/美容做一次，就會feel到明顯分別。

Fantastic experience. Affordable, clean, and professional. The expectations of pain are set straight and honestly with you from the beginning. I got a beard shaping (jaw, neck and cheek hair removal to get a clean line beard) and after only 2 sessions I no longer have to shave, which saves me from sensitivity and redness. They try to sell you some other treatments, but are respectful if you decline. Would highly recommend for men who don't want to spend hours shaving their beards everyday!
