Good service, but pedicure was too expensive for what it was. Still had a lot of dead skins on the soles afterwards

Super bad experience. I did pedicure and the lady was super rough with my feet. I screamed a few times out of pain when she did my toe, she didn’t stop and eventually my toe was hurt and there was blood when I looked at it.

Do avoid this shop unless you want a really painful pedicure experience.

Pedicure was great, but the guy serves several shops around the area. More of a massage place, than nail salon.

First time at Lisa Nails and it really was a great treat. Jennifar was so open to me chopping and changing my mind, patient and so professional. Definitely a must to get your nails done!

Nice quiet and clean location. The staff is very friendly. Got a Mani and Pedi very happy. Probably the best Pedicure I've had in HK.

Would not recommend it even tho I was happy with my beautiful nails. Staff was very hard selling during the whole process while I was having both pedicure and manicure. The manager kept asking me to buy 3k-10k packages even I have told them I am only staying in Hong Kong for a couple weeks. It actually ruined my experience at the shop.

I challenge everyone to identify artists who can do these works. Only here at Sheung Wan Lisa Nail ;)

I’m a guy and they really helped me out with my ingrown nail and helped smoothed out my feet. Staff are extremely friendly, patient, and nice, highly recommend.

I regularly go to Lisa Nail for the past 3-4 years, they are super professional and the environment is clean and the technician s are ver friendly.

Been with Lisa Nail for many yrs; they provide professional nail service in a cozy environment. Mainly goes to the Sheung Wan outlet as my fav manicurists, Mango n WingKi are my favorite ladies, always so creative and patient with their customers. No wonder always needs to book them at least 3wks in advance!

I've been a loyal customer for almost 10 years since moving to HK. All the staff are friendly and professional. Place is clean and hygienic - something to value esp.in these COVID times. My favorite nail technicians are Mango and Wingki - special thanks to the girls for curing my onychomycosis recently!

Ms Wingki very professional advice and mixed good colors for my nail.

Been using them for ages. Fair pricing and timely service. My therapist Mango is very careful with my nails. And good quality polish, they always last longer than others.

Expensive price, lack of communication, grumpy lady who hurt me several times and did not seem to see the problem nor could apologize. And on top of that they would try to force a 3K membership.clearly not coming back.
