I went there three times and the first time experience was OK, but the second time they didn't wash out the shampoo clear enough, that made my dog had a skin allergic. I was so angry and called them, they told me they will do it better next time. However they made me very disappointed for the third time too.
One more thing was that my dog is a westie however they gave her a poodle hairstyle.
