8Service was great and gentle, does not hard sell while giving a lot of advice, would recommend definitely!
Good service and excellent treatment, all price already listed out and not invisible charge
To be fair, the service is alright. However, it makes me very uncomfortable that they are showing me a bunch of customers' before and after photos from their database. From their computer, it is a huge folder with lots of customers' photos, and cellphone occasionally too.
They claimed that they have received the customers' consent, but I honestly do not believe so (esp some of the pictures, you can tell the person weren't even photo-ready). Meanwhile, they have also forced me to take a bunch of photos, zooming in and out, left and right. (Haven't asked if i am okay to do so, haven't mentioned how they are going to use it.)
Photo- taking: They've made it extremely fast, 10-12 snapshots, almost like they are not letting you think or giving you a chance to say no.) To be honest, it made me extremely uncomfortable and violated.
Feeling sorry for the customer in the pics, and honestly not sure how they are going to handle my photos. Wholeheartedly do not believe my photos will be well-handled when they were just taken by the beauty consultant's personal cellphone. A few times, i saw the before and after photos from the beauty consultant's phone, it won't surprise me if my photos will be shown to others, vice versa.
Disclaimer: I haven't done any medical procedure that was operated by the doctor. So I really don't understand the needs of taking those pictures, except for commercial purposes.
It’s was a nice experience, friendly staffs and clean environment, i enjoy the time in here.
Staff here are very nice and helpful, the facial experience is wonderful, no force purchase or “hard sell”.
Eunice is very caring and the ultherapy section went well and I decided to come back for another Thermage eye treatment!
