I waited for the business to open to try it. Only a few tables. Typical small Jap restaurant with a small hosting capability. A long wait for the food to come but I was not in a hurry so I didn't mind. The rice was a bit too much. Wish more ingredients inside (don't mind paying more). The miso soup was yummy but a bit salty. I put leftover rice into the soup and the taste was delicious.

Offer Only single type of Sashimi (Raw Seafood) Don which consist of 9-10 types of Seafood from Tuna to Uni. The don is recommended to have multiple ways of eating including just as usual, wrapped in seaweed and mixing with Tea. The flavor is nicely mixed between ingredients.

A very reasonably priced omakase by the team at Kintaro. They do good work in Hong Kong and provide high quality Japanese food at an attractive price point. There are many places in Hong Kong who charge many multiples what they do for inferior product. As always, the tuna was the star of the show and the ability of Kintaro to source and deliver tuna from Japan so quickly is what makes them so great.

2022年6月1日為我倆結婚47週年,為隆重其事,早幾天加入宗像屋成會員,以便在27/5下午三時半正,進入網站,希望訂到1/6晚上之座位。
因為第一次訂位,手忙脚亂,1/6晚上三個時段,都試過了,可惜不夠別人快,訂座失敗。
因為1/6當天是我們大日子,只好另訂一間著名的日本餐廳。但慕名已久,總想試試宗像屋,在稍後成功訂了11/6下午六時二座位,並成功付款。
在1/6早上, 奇怪接到宗像屋電話,提點我們該天訂了下午七時十五分座位,我說你們攪錯了,不是1/6,是11/6。下午宗像屋再來電,確定訂了座是1/6及11/6兩天。
為免浪費坐位,我和丈夫滿心歡喜,退了另外一間日本餐廳之訂座,在1/6準時盛裝而至宗像屋,雖未付款,以為可以到時付款。
可惜原來是電腦失誤,到場八個人,祇有六座位,因為其他六人巳付款,我們自願離店讓出座位。臨急找不到心儀之餐廳,我們祇好在街上遊蕩,隨便找一間餐廳醫肚。
丈夫和我隨遇而安,愉快地享用晚餐,覺得電腦錯誤大不了,尤其是當天心情好,吃什麼也享受。
令人最感動的,是次天2/6家中突然接到一大箱急凍速遞,是六包宗像屋正在售賣之「海老味噌」湯麵,附上一封字體端正文筆通暢的手寫道歉信 (應該手筆來自老板陳先生) 。
當晚,剛好全家打邊爐,立即另火煮麵;衆人對「海老味噌」湯麵讚口不絕,湯底蝦味濃郁,配上之材料豐富,麵質彈牙,比我們以前試過的其他連湯包拉麵更好吃。
做生意最令人讚嘆是誠意,電腦/人手出錯時常發生,不管是誰對誰錯,老板總能在事件中赢得人心,就是成功。

單點比主打的三食飯更吸引

應該算是出名的餐廳了
主打的海鮮丼飯
不同價位是取決於下的魚類蟹肉多少與種類
很有趣的三食
普通丼飯吃法
然後是包手捲吃
最後是茶漬飯
店家也很用心
魚生份量很多
怕客人會膩
所以混入了柚皮,生葛,青瓜等
refresh 味蕾
但~可能不是一般的角切/切片的方式
更多的是把各類魚肉混在一起
可能自己味蕾不太好
不能一一分類,只覺得吃了肉泥之類的
如果給我再選擇一次,我會選最平宜的丼飯

然後再點更愛的單品
先說最驚喜的秋刀魚
刀功很出色
魚骨為碟
剛好係季節
肥美甘香
魚油味好出
搭配的柚子醬油很好的分擔這油膩感

雪魚刺身
唔係周圍有
嚼勁十足,但沒有筋
清甜之選

赤貝
爽口清新
沒有那種如大海湧入感覺的衝擊
就像是一個很平靜沙灘
很乾淨的甜

今日見到好多人食壽司嘅post,所以好L想食魚生,咁啱放工經過見到呢間日本野唔使排隊,咁就入咗去試佢個魚生飯,menu 只有四款選擇。我就梗係試咗佢嘅Basic啦。食呢個飯可以有三吃,第一吃可以用紫菜包手卷,第二吃就普通魚生飯啦,第三吃茶漬飯。
1) 竹-魚生飯,嚟到打卡係正嘅,因為啲魚生蓉堆到成座山咁,不過魚生蓉大雜燴就食唔到自己食咗啲乜嘢魚生囉‍️‍️,啲魚都應該新鮮嘅,個飯就有少少熱,但係就食唔出係用酸飯去做囉,都正正常常嘅 2) 燒玉子,不過不失,只得三件份量太少。3) 牡丹蝦刺身,肉身已經冇咗新鮮嘅彈性,食落口腍啤啤應該因為我太晏去啦。4) 茶漬飯,講真擺咗兩隻牡丹蝦頭落去燒香嗰湯真係幾好飲嘅,飲完個湯好有滿足感。

環境細細間鋪,價錢中等,不過真係早D去先至可以食到新鮮嘅食材,‍️‍️‍️一定返去再試貴啲嗰個餐。

呢間餐廳座位唔多,週末有時候要排隊,於是我哋大約十一點九就到咗,喺門口等佢一陣十二點開門,就唔使排隊。

宗像屋一共有四款魚生丼,分別係梅 、竹 、松、特上。我哋就嗌咗「竹」,有9款海鮮:呑拿魚、吞拿魚蓉、北寄貝、希靈魚、帶子、三文魚籽、烏賊、油甘魚、鱲魚,比起「梅」係增量版。

食物還可以 不用排隊的話可以偶然食一次
店舖衛生需要改善 枱面非常極度痴笠笠
痴笠笠既程度係會痴住左隻碟.
而餐具亦無用紙巾墊住就放喺枱面 很不衛生!

平日中午12點鬆啲去到,得一枱客,唔使排隊。有四款食品提供,我揀咗「竹」,$148,有9款魚生,切成魚蓉,再砌成一座山咁,賣相都幾特別 佢教你可以有三種食法:
1. 就咁當丼飯食
2. 用紫菜包手卷
3. 加湯變茶泡飯

食材算新鮮嘅,味道都OK!睇圖個木桶好似好大個咁,不過實物其實係一人前份量,都夠飽嘅。

店內環境其實都算乾淨,不過就係唔知點解個枱面痴痴笠笠,放喺枱面啲嘢真係會痴住㗎

午餐唔使收加一服務費,$148埋單。

Food taste is just so so, cannot really tell if the seafoods are fresh since the seafoods were minced or chopped. Overall worth to give it a try

好耐之前已經知有呢間舖頭
不過一直都未有時間嚟試
今次要去黃金黎頭買啲嘢所以順便嚟試下佢

去到門口淨係要等一個位入到去 唔算耐
入到去覺得非常有日本嘅味道
無論係裝修同埋風格都係
感覺廚師係以日本嘅方式去設計食物同埋環境

而其實鋪頭主要只係有四種唔同嘅魚生飯
佢地既食物非常特別
同日本一樣佢提供咗三種食法 - 三食
分別係就咁食
手捲就咁食
同埋加埋前菜嘅魚生變成茶漬飯

本來我對混合嘅魚生冇乜好感
因為一般出面食嘅質素都非常差
可能唔新鮮可能味道差

但係佢整得非常之好
而最令人覺得喜出望外嘅
係佢本身嘅豉油yashabe同埋前菜魚生嘅芝麻醬再加埋茶漬飯嘅湯
竟然結合得非常完美
絕對極力推介! 可以講係有日本嘅質素

喺而家唔能夠出去旅行嘅情況下
大家可以嚟呢度感受一下日本小店嘅味道

點左梅$108的海鮮丼,份量還可以,味道不過不失,飯應該是普通未調味的。

食到尾段可以添湯,意外地竟然有柚子皮,不過感覺湯太濃味,用清淡啲的昆布湯或茶收尾會比較好。

也點左一隻蠔,感覺偏鹹,不屬清甜的蠔味。

位置唔顯眼,位唔多,仲要只收現金。
但係你想安安靜靜食餐好嘅,呢度係個唔錯嘅選擇。
Impressive 嘅擺碟,10cm 高嘅魚生。
一碗飯,三種食法,趣味性十足。
知味,滋味。

Citrus soy-sauce matches the oyster well.
Sashimi is fresh.
Seaweed could have been more crispy.
The soup with rice wraps up the meal nicely.
Worth the price.

Come for the seasonal Japanese seafood of 香箱蟹 & 白子. Both is ok & the price is reasonable.

However, the rice of Don is warm and without sushi vinegar, also on the top of sashimi not cold. So come up the sashimi temperature is so weird, and effect the whole dish. Even the presentation is good, but food temperature was distorted whole dish.

A cozy nice spot for having some budget Japanese sashimi food in sham Shui Po, the food is above average for the price tag, and there’s no service charge!

早排去左試呢間成日有朋友講嘅宗像屋。 去之前只知道佢係食日本魚生飯。 但原來係唔止魚生飯咁簡單,係一飯三食嘅魚生飯。

男友以為我好肚餓, 所以幫我點左個比較多魚生嘅竹丼比我。前菜係一份3片嘅魚生片, 廚師有instruction提議先食1片,其他 留番一陣另一食法。 一上枱就見到一座魚生蓉山,廚師將約9到10款魚生打蓉, 加在壽司飯上。 3味食法有手卷, 魚生飯同茶泡飯。

整個用餐經驗幾有趣, 但又不算好好, 由於間店比較細, 只有幾張枱, 所以講野要好細聲,加上我地坐係店嘅中央, 感覺較不自然。

食物方面, 配搭同食法很特色幾有趣, 但其實材料新鮮程度一般, 可能係將貨就價嘅關係啦。

去開深水埗見都冇長龍都可以考慮體驗下嘅,但唔駛專情去排隊啦
