Clean accommodation. It was quiet and very comfortable.
The toilet and shower were in the same room and small, so the toilet bowl got messy when I took a shower, but it was clean so it didn't bother me at all. Even in a single room, there were two pairs of sandals, and I was able to use them separately for the room and the toilet, which was great.
It is located on the 11th floor of a multi-tenant building with a unique exterior, right in front of the above-ground exit of Jordan Station, making it quite convenient.

We stayed in a twin room as there was no space available. The TV was a large smart TV which was convenient.

Location wise, this place is a steal. 2 bus station a hop away and the Jordan MTR station right at the bldg's door step. Rightly situated that you can walk going to TST (Chungking area), YMT (Temple night market), Mongkok (ladies market and sneaker st). Food available in nearby stores and 711, grocery stores around (BEST369, DS and Wellcome)

Room is adequate and exactly the same aa advertised. Hot shower is working and water pressure is good. Clean sheets and towels. You can ask them to clean ur room and change towels just by putting the door sign.

Hot and cold water dispenser by the hallway, refrigerator and laundry machine are also free to use

Keycard is required to enter the premise and ur room. Hallway leading to the premise is open balcony so you have a sense of where you are in the whole bldg. Room has windows. Elevator has minimal waiting time.

Host is very accommodating and ready to answer questions, he speaks english.

Location is prefect outside Jordan MTR station exit B2. Can also take bus E23 from the airport to reach here. Rooms normal for hongkong guest house. Owner upgraded us due to a child. There is a microwave, fridge & water dispenser which is good. Rooms clean, mattress soft & comfy.
Overall had a good stay.

Location is perfect— it is just outside Jordan station B 2 exit. The hotel is super homey, clean, and complete with ameneties. They also have a water dispenser which saved us a lot. Room and bathroom is small but its expected of Hong Kong rooms. Owner is also super kind and accomodating. Took us some time to go up and down the lift, but it is a minor inconvenience that we can set aside for all the pros.

Overall, would stay here again 100%.

Friendly and helpful staff. Jordan station right outside, Starbucks two minutes away, convenient for the markets and Kowloon park.

Always stay here every time we came HK for business trip. Convenience as there's one mtr (Jordan exit B1) entrance downstairs and you can find a lot of choices for food around you!

Dirty, smelly, and small. The rooms used to be dental offices which is why they're so small. It sits on the 11th floor inside of a dirty and raggedy building that looks like it's on it's last leg. Our bathroom was moldy with no shower, and dirty as well.

The location is excellent, right in front of entrance to Jordan MTR station (Exit B1). Close to the Kowloon Park. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Clean room, good wi-fi connection, fresh towels every day. Highly recommended, good value for money.

Great location, quiet and really tidy room, good wifi and the hosts are really friendly. We even got an upgrade to a slightly bigger room without charge.

No-frills accommodation in a great location. Wifi is strong, the building is right by the entrance to the MTR and only 5 minute walk from Temple Street food market. Beds are small and hard which I believe is standard in a lot of Asia but I had a wonderful nights sleep regardless.
