3Standard procedure every time, just did tests and couldn’t give us insightful answers on our pet’s issues… tests are not cheap. Not recommended
We've been seeing Dr. Catherine for several months. She has been very patient and nice to our puppy, explaining things/situations with great details and clarification. She has addressed our concerns no matter how minor or remote they are. The assistants have also done great jobs.
The receptionists, on the other hand, can be less satisfying. They have made several mistakes till now (e.g, missing our booking once; in another occasion giving us the wrong time by mispronouncing FIFTEEN as FIFTY).
Haven't even set foot in here yet. The receptionist on the phone sounded impatient, a bit rude to cut off my third call as well. So I decided to make a cancellation with another phone.
But to be fair, maybe he was having a bad day and I irritated him at the wrong time.
