6Very bad service, always missing something, no reply from messages, has to repeat calling and calling.
Why doesn't anybody answer the phone during working hours? We have left multiple voice messages with no replies. I think the Porsche service in HK is appalling,
Experience in other cities such as London is totally different.
As with one other person who commented today. No one answers the phone, no one returns left messages. In general the after sales services over the last 12 months have been less than good
Whilst a bit out of the way, once you've found it the first time, easy enough to get back to. Friendly, helpful staff. If stopping in briefly, not much on-street parking.
Convenient service centre for HK island. Pleasant environment and staff friendly. Outside service centre can be a little congested at times.
This is only Porsche's body and paint shop, this is not a full Porsche service centre. The Kowloon Porsche dealership has the main service centre.
