新車裝尾架及GIVI箱。 尾架是自購. 去之前巳經就安裝方法做好資料 蒐集。 去到交俾兩位師傅處理， 事前巳重複提醒佢哋需唔需要睇吓條安裝教學日影片。 但係佢哋冇俾反應，急急拎個尾架上去嘗試安裝。 咁我以為佢哋識點裝所以唔使睇。 點知一開始已經扭錯螺絲， 我立即叫停佢哋。 跟住佢哋繼續嘗試安裝， 我又見到兩個支架嘅方向錯誤地掉轉左， 即刻同佢哋講話裝錯。 最後個架都成功裝好，但係以下係我唔滿意嘅地方。

有個後生啲嘅師傅 (後生仔）， 每次我指出安裝錯誤嘅時候， 佢好唔耐煩咁答話"我哋知㗎啦" "我地會整", 好似叫我唔使再講嘢咁. 實情根本就係唔識裝，但係又唔認又唔肯聽人講。 到最後都係要我指出錯誤。而且佢態度輕浮求其, 好似未瞓醒咁, 揸住粒螺絲又跌咗落跌咗落條死氣喉度 (新車）

其實咁多種車款咁多款零件唔識裝都好正常。 但係唔識又要扮識， 又唔肯聆聽意見， 態度又唔好， 非常唔專業， 俾唔到客人信心， 而且嚴重上嚟仲會整壞架車 。

希望貴公司可以同呢位員工檢討吓。

1. 冇位拍車（舖頭門口唔知拍唔拍得）. 又要自己睇住部車驚抄牌.
入去買塊鏡片都要等廿分鐘先報到價. 然後鏡面上面左右有一對膠扣唔知買鏡片跟唔跟. 所以要問咗好耐. 期間我都同佢講個扣我唔要想去快啲但係佢哋都係要問清楚先. 等都唔緊要喇凳都冇張要人罰企廿幾分鐘. 第一次幫襯
服務質素真係好好

After using MACT-150 for two years I concluded that Hartford is the worst brand available in hong kong for motor bikes.

1.) Frequent break down of vehicle.
2.) Mostly spare parts are not available and take weeks to arrive from taiwan so you can't use bike during that period.
3.) Repair is very expensive and many times mechanics damage something while repairing and customer has to pay again to repair it which goes on and on.
4.) There is only one vendor of this bike so they have monopoly so they ask any amount for repairing it.
5.) Bike price is very low as compared to other brands which is like a honey trap. Once you buy the bike you would end up spending three times on its Matainence.

如果你叫我去嗰度整我勸你去 Yamaha 代理好過， 唔想再評論佢 個維修師傅， 我係朋友介紹落去整嘅不過我落到去冇同佢講 ， 我睇下生客佢會點對我 ， 最後我返去yamaha代理點解因為佢同代理嘅價錢 差一百蚊 ，佢仲同我講佢話就算check唔到咩事都要收我嗰個check車錢， 毫不考慮即刻走

在這個地方安裝乘客靠背, 職員態度離譜的惡劣。还將我的車壳鑽洞位置鑽錯了。職員態度惡劣地告訴我, 原因是車壳不是原廠的。 (不是原廠壳就可以鑽錯洞而責任歸車主?) 真係黑店中既黑店。奉勸各位, 就算佢平一平都唔好幫襯佢。保證永不再幫襯, 一陣send封email同GIVI總公司講声先。垃圾代理。

所有嘢好貴，不願至平，我以為喺牛頭角搬來油塘會平啲唔好浪費時間來睇失望，最頂引个師傅，我揸架車去問價維修，个師傅同我講要檢查费，但唔一定找到故障 (佢真是癫咗，離普) ，之後我問佢報價维修，景然同代理差一百元，我不如去代理整。黑店！黑店！

Bought a Hartford here. Elderly owner was really nice before I bought it. Huge hassle when I actually came back to buy. He wasn't there. Screw fell off on its own after riding less than 100 KM. Went back to pick up one. After warranty. Charged me 20HKD after arguing with me about it. I will not be back.
